Driven more by its zany comedy than its animation, Lilo and Stitch Anime has an unembellished artistic style that includes watercolor backdrops and characters with clean, refreshingly rudimentary lines. The film, The Emperor's New Groove was a slapstick comedy that used the unique medium of animation to create one of the funniest films I can remember in a long time. But the girl has taken such a shine to the creature that Nani grins and bears it for the sake of her lonely little sister. Shelley's Review Sitting in a packed theater full of ankle biters, I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy Lilo and Stitch. I think that the animators must have looked at Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame and noticed that the film worked any time it wasn't focusing on the stupid gargoyles and realized that a film didn't have to be dumbed down for children to enjoy it. Lilo and Stitch caters to the mischievous side of kids, which I believe is the best side. Stitich was bred for destruction, and is malicious and mischievous, in some very fun ways. Now there are those who will argue that some of the film is a bit heavy handed and it probably is. Elvis has as big a role in Lilo and Stitch Fucking as any other character. Generally Lilo and Stitch is good entertainment for stupid children and their respected parents, it's just that it could be so much more than it turned to bee.
